Braffoueby

Right now there should be a medical clinic for destitute villagers who Patricia Nau Mertz, an ex-Peace Corps volunteer and Chicagoan, knows very well. There should also be a simple yet extremely effective program in operation that would have provided food and jobs the villagers by utilizing a valued local asset. But there are neither.
These social plans were the anticipated and welcomed additions to a village in RCI (Republic of Cost Ivorian) called Braffoueby. However, In 2002, political conflict forced Patricia and others back to the U.S., days before the plan went into action.
While the political air may have cleared since her time in the Peace Corps, the human climate has worsened. And the people of Braffoueby need our help more than ever. This surmountable plan of action has impassioned us to established a nationwide fundraising effort to get Patsy back to Braffoueby to continue her program and save lives.
