While it is estimated that over 120,000 children are currently infected with HIV in Kenya many of these children do not have access to life saving medication.
In fact, the Narok regional district hospital reports that in their region only 1 out of every 200 HIV+ children are currently receiving Antiretroviral Therapy (ART).
Direct Change is partnering with the Christian Partners Development Agency (CPDA) to increase the number of children in the Narok District to receive life saving medication.
